Yoga Nidra:
“The Yogic Sleep”.

The class will be 1hr and 30min. Light yoga stretching to prepare and then deep relaxation. It helps with anxiety, stress, sleep, PTSD, and healing the mind & body. Oils and sage will be present. Each participant will need a yoga mat, and two blankets. Participants may also bring if they wish other yoga props like blocks, bolsters, and eye pillows.
