Intro to Herbs
This introductory class will cover the basics of beginning herbalism including earth reverence and responsibility, the variety of herbal preparations that are easy to make at home, wildcrafting and plant identification, basic cultivation, and how to begin developing a relationship with the plants. Attendees will be shown examples of preparations, sample an herbal tea blend, and take part in a relaxed atmosphere discussion about using plants to support our wellness. This class is designed for beginners who are curious about plant medicine and would like to know more. Specific health information/questions will not be addressed during this time. The cost for the class is $15 per person.
